HARRISONVILLE, MO – Harrisonville police made an arrest after being informed of a shooting incident that occurred Monday.
The victim reportedly sustained a wound to the leg which was not life threatening, during an incident that happened in the 900 block of Garden Way. The suspect, L’Carre D.S. Smith, of Independence has been charged with 1st degree assault and armed criminal action. He is held by the Cass County Sheriff with bond set at $50,000.
