SALINE COUNTY, MO – A Carrollton resident is incarcerated after his arrest this afternoon by Highway Patrol.
An incident report names Donnie Fry, 36, as apprehended for two felony warrants from Carrollton Police, and a felony warrant out of Lafayette County.
Fry was taken to Saline County Jail, Wednesday, in lieu of bond.
