PETTIS COUNTY, MO – A Green Ridge man is scheduled for a court hearing involving a matter of controlled substance delivery.
The hearing in Pettis County is to determine attorney status for Ricky J. Richwine, 61, who is accused of delivering vallium for consumption by, and without knowledge of, the victim. Richwine also attempted to threaten the victim into silence. Richwine is charged with delivery and possession of controlled substances, and unlawful use of a weapon.
A hearing Tuesday is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
