LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. — Two area residents were arrested in Lafayette County early Sunday morning, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Officials with Troop A report arresting Zoee Sommer, 26 and of Columbia, and 25-year-old Fayette resident Raymond Cooper at 12:18 a.m. Sunday. Both Sommer and Cooper were arrested under the suspicion of felony possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Additionally, Sommer was cited for speeding.
Both Sommer and Cooper were transported to Lafayette County Jail, where they were released. Future court dates are currently pending.
