CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Fulton woman was arrested on a felony drug allegation when Callaway County deputies served an arrest warrant early Friday morning.
According to the 
press release, deputies came in contact with Tarrah Elsea, 29, just after 6:30 a.m. in the morning. When deputies made the arrest, they discovered Elsea was in possession of methamphetamine and meth related paraphernalia. Along with the no bond warrant,
Elsea is being held for felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia as a prior offender.
