BOONE COUNTY, Mo. – A Columbia man was being held until he could post bond after a traffic stop in Boone County Friday 
night.
The Missouri Highway Patrol report says, just before 10:30 Friday night, a trooper stopped Rapheal R. Jones, 28, for failing to display valid plates on his vehicle. An arrest led to the alleged discovery of cocaine, a misdemeanor amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Formal charges have not yet been filed.
