COOPER COUNTY, MO – A warrant listed in court records Thursday issued a bond amount for illegal delivery of controlled substances.
The warrant names Jerry Anderson, who was apprehended in Cooper County, October 2018, by Missouri Highway Patrol for atypical driving on eastbound I-70, according to a probable cause statement. A state trooper made contact with Anderson at a gas station along Highway 135 in Cooper County, who refused a search of his vehicle. A canine unit provided positive indication of possible substances in the trunk of the vehicle. A subsequent search led to the confiscation of 17 pounds of marijuana.
Bond was listed at $20,000 Thursday in records. No court dates have been established.
