RICHMOND, MO – A mandatory court hearing is scheduled for Tuesday morning for a Richmond man accused of assault.
The defendant, Andrew Leon Sutton, 18, allegedly threatened to stab a man in mid October. Witnesses at the scene said Sutton threatened to stab a man when he arrived at a residence.
Investigators were told Sutton had allegedly threatened a woman with a knife the evening prior. The peremptory hearing Tuesday morning is set for 8:30 a.m.
