JOHNSON COUNTY, MO – A Holden resident may face formal charges for illegal drug possession after an arrest by Highway Patrol Friday afternoon in Johnson County.
An arrest report submitted by state troopers named Jeremy Flasphohler, 42, and notes an informal felony charge for cocaine possession, and one charge for paraphernalia possession. Flaspohler was processed at Johnson County Jail and released from custody.
