MORGAN COUNTY, MO – An arrest was made Sunday afternoon of a Tipton resident by Highway Patrol.
An arrest report submitted by Highway Patrol names Trysten Green, 22, as the recipient of an informal felony charge for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. He was taken to Morgan County Jail for the duration of a 24-hour investigation. Formal charges have not yet been filed.
