AUDRAIN COUNTY, Mo. — A Mexico, Mo. resident was held Tuesday until he posted bond on felony drug allegations in Audrain County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested 20-year-old David Sweezer after stopping his vehicle around noon Tuesday for alleged failure to display valid plates.
The arrest report alleges Sweezer was in misdemeanor possession of stolen property and was not wearing a seat belt.
A search reportedly turned up a felony controlled substance and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
Formal charges are currently pending in Audrain County.
