CHILLICOTHE, Mo. – On Thursday, June 16, 2016, at approximately 3:19 p.m., Chillicothe officers arrested Edith Mae Hines on an active arrest 
warrant out of Livingston County for two counts of abuse or neglect of a child in the 600 block of Walnut St.
Hines was processed at the Police Department. She posted the $2,500.00 cash or corporate bond and was released.
