BOONE COUNTY, Mo. — A Columbia man arrested on several felonies after discharging a handgun outside Club Vogue was arraigned in Boone County Tuesday.

Andrew Barnette-Kruger, 25 entered a not guilty plea Tuesday afternoon to a felony count of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Barnette-Kruger fired the shots after being kicked out of the bar Sunday morning. Barnette-Kruger drove away from the scene but was stopped by Columbia Police responding to the call.
Witnesses say the shots were fired into the air and no one was injured.
Barnette-Kruger is currently behind bars in Boone County, where he is held on $25,000 bond.
