LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MO – At a court hearing Wednesday in Lafayette County, bond was increased for a Lexington man accused of drug trafficking.
An oral request for bond reduction was opposed by the state. Bond had been set at $75,000 for Emmett Grieme, 37, and was raised during a hearing today, to $100,000, with special conditions including drug patch use upon release. Grieme was arrested in August by Lexington Police at a residence where they seized methamphetamine, and a ledger reportedly logging drug transactions. The case was continued to October 24.
