CALIFORNIA, MO – Case records from Thursday show an arrest warrant for a Tipton resident who was arrested for meth possession this week.
According to Moniteau County Sheriff, a canine search yielded positive identification of methamphetamine Tuesday during a traffic stop for registration violation in California, MO. The driver, Kenneth R. Hemlin, 36, initially refused consent to search the vehicle.
Hemlin was transported to Moniteau County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bond.
