PLATTE COUNTY, MO – The Sheriff’s Department in Platte County was involved in the seizure of a large quantity of marijuana after a vehicle chase Friday afternoon.
Public Information officer, Erik Holland, says deputies eventually stopped the vehicle. After a search, around 204 pounds of marijuana was confiscated from the vehicle. An estimated street value for the drugs was said to be $922,000.
Two suspects, Destiny Browning of Louisville, KY, and Paul Deliz of Mesquite, TX were taken to Platte County Detention Center, awaiting formal charges.
