LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. — A motion for bond reduction will be hearing in a Lafayette County drug case Wednesday morning.
Joseph Eric Romero, 28, of St. Joseph was stopped by an Odessa police officer June 21 for erratic driving.
After being arrested for several traffic violation, Romero was found to be in felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools. He
was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
The motion hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in a Lafayette County courtroom A.
