DEKALB COUNTY, MO – A Pattonsburg man may be charged as a chronic offender for driving while intoxicated after an arrest Monday afternoon.
Missouri Highway Patrol detained Terry L. Moore, 62, in Dekalb County according to an arrest report, which cites operation of a motor vehicle in a careless manner, and failure to use caution approaching an emergency vehicle. Moore was taken to Daviess County Jail to await the decision of prosecutors to file formal charges.
