CLINTON, MO – A Clinton resident was taken into custody Sunday morning for consideration of informal charges by Highway Patrol.
An arrest report naming Arizona Booher, 18, followed a vehicle pursuit involving Missouri Highway Patrol that ended at the intersection of 700 Road and 651 Road in Henry County. The vehicle went into a ditch causing minor injuries for which Booher was treated by medical personnel on scene. Charges listed in an arrest report include speeding, failure to stop at a sign, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, and felonies for possession of controlled substances, and resisting arrest.
Booher was taken to Henry County Jail in lieu of bond.
