JOHNSON COUNTY, MO – Three area residents with Johnson County court cases were arrested last week during a traffic stop by the Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies made the stop Saturday at the intersection of 101 Road and 50 Highway. Centerview resident, Richard Kerksiek was arrested for driving while revoked and failure to signal. A warrant for drug possession was outstanding for Kiontae Williams, 21. Warrensburg resident, Jacob Shawver was taken into custody for failure to appear for illegal drug possession.
