RICHMOND, Mo. — A court filing Monday cancels a scheduled hearing in a child endangerment case out of Excelsior Springs.
Allegations against Duane Loomis, 58, indicate he pointed a loaded gun at a child in April of this year.
A peremptory docket hearing was cancelled indefinitely Monday after judge Lori Baskins recused herself from the case.
The matter will go to presiding judge Kevin Walden for re-assignment.Future court dates have not been set.
