RAY COUNTY, Mo. – Formal charges have not yet been filed, against a Raytown resident, alleged to have been in possession of drugs in Ray County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol report says Joshua M. Clemence, 31, was processed and released roadside, around 11:25 p.m., Saturday night. The arrest report accuses Clemence of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
A report will be forwarded to the prosecuting attorney for consideration.
