DEKALB COUNTY, Mo. – A Hannibal woman will make her next criminal appearance in Dekalb County, in front of the circuit judge.

After a preliminary hearing Friday morning, the associate judge found that there was probable cause for Stacey Coslow, 28, to be bound over to the upper court. Coslow was charged with possession of burglary tools and stealing over $750.00 after her arrest in Cameron in May of this year. Coslow and a co-defendant, were arrested after she gave officers a fake identification during a suspicious vehicle check at a local business.

It was later determined that Coslow and Michael Foulks, 33, of Hannibal, were suspected in a residential burglary in Illinois.
