RICHMOND, MO – A Camden resident facing charges in Ray County will be represented at a peremptory hearing Tuesday afternoon.
A dangerous pursuit in November last year led to the arrest of Aaron Rogers, 41, who eventually crashed a vehicle in Carroll County, west of Norborne. Deputies allege Rogers tried to collide with a deputy’s vehicle during the pursuit. Two occupants in the suspect vehicle were identified as juveniles. Rogers is charged with two counts of child endangerment, and resisting arrest while risking serious injury or death.
The hearing is set for 2 p.m. in Ray County Circuit Court.
