LEXINGTON, Mo. — A pretrial conference is set for Monday afternoon as preparations for trial are made in the case of a residential burglary in Odessa from November 2015.

The defendant, Nick Cuezze, is alleged to have set off an intruder alarm at an Odessa residence, before leading police on a vehicle chase prior to his arrest.
Among the nine charges against Cuezze are burglary, theft or stealing, property damage, tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
The conference is set for 3 p.m. Monday. A jury trial is tentatively set for June 21.
