DEKALB COUNTY, Mo.- A Lathrop, Mo., man was placed into custody early this morning on drug allegations following a traffic stop in DeKalb County.
Troop H of the Missouri Highway Patrol arrested Joshua Hinkle, 28, at around 7 a.m. Hinkle was cited for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and driving without insurance.
He was transported to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold. Charges will be forwarded to the prosecuting attorney for consideration.
