LEXINGTON, MO – A warrant issued Wednesday for a Lexington resident is the result of a burglary investigation from early March 2018.
Lafayette County deputies responded to reports of burglary at a residence on Route Z in Bates City, questioning two persons of interest. the warrant for a third suspect, filed Wednesday, names Jason Waddell, 39. He is charged with 2nd degree burglary, and was taken into custody in lieu of $10,000 bond. Waddell, and Hunter Campbell of Higginsville have cases pending that continue the morning of May 16. Higginsville resident, Hunter Vorwark was sentenced after pleading guilty to serve a period of 120 days incarceration. Charges are pending against a fourth person of interest.
